    For billing inquiries, please call us at (614) 457-5730 or toll-free at 866-350-0407. We can be reached Mondays 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Tuesdays – Fridays 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

    How can I pay my bill?

    For your convenience, we offer a variety of ways to pay your bill. If you choose to pay online, simply visit our bill pay page and follow the instructions. If you’d like to pay over the phone, please call (614) 457-5730 or toll-free 866-350-0407. Mailed payments are also accepted with more information included on your paper statement.
