Elizabeth Slates, A.P.R.N. – C.N.P.

Educating women about their bodies to help them live healthy lives is Elizabeth Slates’s favorite part of her job. She received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science, both in nursing, from Kent State University. Prior to joining our practice in 2015, Elizabeth started her medical career in East Liverpool, Ohio as a Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Quality Coordinator at a multispecialty practice. She is NCC board certified in women’s health. Today, she resides in Hilliard with her boyfriend and enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
