  • Dr. Jessica Guinness is hands down an angel. I trust her, she listens to me, and makes me feel safe and heard. The office staff was friendly, and the women who did my blood work this past visit was amazing. Coming here isnt always fun, but I look forward to seeing my doctor. I am blessed to have her. I can't thank her enough for helping me be healthy!

  • The front desk staff were prompt, helpful, kind and thankful. She thanked me 2 or 3 times for showing up early to complete my paperwork. She was thorough in explaining what to do and next steps. Once I was taken back for my blood pressure, weight, routine questions, etc., the nurse was also so welcoming. She has some tough screening questions to ask, and she did it while maintaining eye contact, and staying so kind. You can tell she cares. The third person I encountered was Dr. McGill. I can't say this enough: she's the best OB I've ever had. She was so friendly, welcoming, encouraging and reassuring. I hope to stay in Columbus just so I can continue to get care here. The OBGYN is fun for no one, but I've found my favorite place!!

  • Dr Crouser has been amazing through all 3 pregnancies. She is calm, kind and knowledgeable. I trust her completely. I also saw the NP, Lauren, for an urgent pregnancy concern and she was also wonderful. I felt she really heard me and took the time to make sure I was comfortable that everything was ok with the pregnancy. Some of the front staff may be newer, and need more patience. I don’t envy them having to figure out all the scheduling! With that said they took the time to get all my appointments scheduled for me and worked around my schedule so I have no complaints. Thanks to everyone at Avina Lane Ave, I felt very well cared for during this last year.
