  • Location Details: We are located at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital inside the North Building in suite 401.
  • Parking: Upon arrival at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, follow the signs for the Green Parking Lot. Make sure to bring your parking ticket with you for validation. The first two hours are free.
  • Insurances Accepted: We accept the following insurances at this office: Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Choice Care, Cigna, First Health Network, HealthSmart, Humana, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Medicare, Molina Healthcare, MultiPlan, OhioHealthy, Ohio Health Choice, OhioMed PPO, TRICARE, UnitedHealthcare and Zelis Healthcare.
